You should hold the CIM Professional Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in Marketing or any Bachelor or Masters degree, or have at least three years' marketing experience.

The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the professional body for those employed in a marketing capacity and the CIM Professional Diploma is suitable for marketing professionals who aspire to work or who need greater awareness of working at marketing management level. Course Content
This qualification consists of four modules:
- Marketing Research and Information
- Marketing Planning
- Marketing Communications
- Marketing Management in Practice.
Assessment
Each module is assessed either by an examination or a work-based assignment, depending on the module. Examinations are held in March and June.
