Entry Requirements:

If you are a training manager or consultant involved in training and want to accredit your competence in the role, this is an ideal but rigorous route to a qualification. You should be working in training and development, and for level 3, be involved in the direct delivery of training. For level 4, you must be involved in the strategic planning and management of training in a decision-making position.

Assessment

The programme will require you to demonstrate your competence by building a portfolio of evidence while undertaking normal work activities, but the reflective approach and discussion with your personal advisor will enable you to make best use of the experiential approach to learning.
