Small Company of the Year

Arcana salon's excellent apprenticeship scheme - run in conjunction with Milton Keynes College - has won them the Small Company of the Year Award.

Arcana's perspective

Salon owner, Debbie Elderton commented: "I've been working with Milton Keynes College for five years and their excellent tuition works year-on-year ... I can't speak highly enough of Milton Keynes College."

"I'm addicted to learning myself," admits Debbie. "I went to college, university, did a postgraduate course, a business development course and I'm always taking new courses. I don't believe in sitting still and letting things go stale."

... and great news for us

Alexa Wilkinson of Milton Keynes College said: "Training is a huge part of the company's culture. Debbie is a fantastic role model and the College is absolutely delighted she has won the award. Her apprenticeship training programme really is a cut above the rest!"
