Course Description:
The Level 3 Award in First Line Management aims to give practising or potential Managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements to join this course, but you should have at least 2 years of work experience and either be a practising or aspiring team leader with a good command of English, both written and verbal, to Level 2.

Assessment takes place during and after the course, and is by a series of work-based assignments.

The course fee includes tuition, learning resources, course registration with ILM and ILM membership for one year.
Next Steps:
On successful completion of this course, you may wish to progress onto the Level 4 Award in First Line Management or to a Foundation Degree.
